Ben was immediately friendly and welcoming and very interested in what activities were of interest to us to help us finalize the country that would fit us best. The safari he arrange was phenomenal. We couldn't have asked for a better experience at the Ivory Wilderness in Krueger Park, South Africa. He was also very attentive while we were on the trip. At one hotel, upon late night check-in, they weren't going to give us the reserved room with a king bed. After contacting Ben, he called over and we were pretty immediately given the correct room! He was also very patient with us during the planning process as we were pretty particular coming to him with plenty of questions and changes upon doing some of our own research.Posted on
